What is your return policy and procedure?
- All returns are at the discretion and approval of FlexPost.
- FlexPost reserves the right to deny any return.
- No returns after 30 days of shipment from FlexPost.
- If a return is necessary, first contact FlexPost to obtain an RMA number.
- All approved returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee, minimum.
- Product must be received back in new condition.
- Customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with sending product back to FlexPost. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
- FlexPost will only accept returns for products that are purchased directly from FlexPost.
- Once we have received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
- If your return is received in proper condition, we will initiate a refund or credit.
